Spread of Hours. Employees are to work Ordinary Hours within the Spread of Hours. The Spread of Hours is as follows: Monday to Saturday - 5am to 6pm Sunday – 6am to 6pm Provided that all Ordinary Hours worked on Saturday and Sunday will be paid at the penalty rates specified in clauses 10 and 11.
