Sponsorship Terms. From time to time following execution of this Agreement, Charities may award a sponsorship to Organization for a specific limited purpose (such as an event or conference) (each, a “Sponsorship”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and as further specified in the Statement of Terms. With respect to each Sponsorship, at a minimum the Statement of Terms will include (i) the amount of cash or in-kind goods or services to be awarded to Organization (the “Sponsored Amount”); (ii) a description of the in-kind goods or services to be awarded; (iii) the distribution schedule for the Sponsored Amount; (iv) the name and date(s) for the applicable Sponsorship event or conference (the “Sponsored Event”); and (v) any benefits to be provided by Organization to Charities for the Sponsorship.

Some sponsors like a report that includes evidence of what you have done to fulfil your commitment. This is up to you to decide whether you want to bring this to their attention. The Sponsor’s obligations In exercising the said rights the Sponsor shall, subject to receiving appropriate invoices, pay the recipient the Sponsorship Fee when it falls due for payment as set out in clause 3.2. Cancellation, postponement and force majeure (this whole section should only be included where events are part of the sponsorship agreement – otherwise please delete whole section).

The updates shall also be available on the profile of the sponsor on the platform. The sponsor is entitled to request for a physical visit to his/its sponsored farm but must however provide the company with at least one week notice for the visit to be scheduled. At the beginning of a farming cycle, the sponsor is expected to pay costs of the lease of land for farming, seedlings/live stocks, fertilizers, maintenance costs and the costs of supervision and administration, all of which are included in the sponsorship contribution. The sponsor agrees that by sponsoring a farm, his /its contribution is tied and unavailable for the entire duration of the farming cycle and neither the company nor the farmer can or will refund his /its contribution until the successful completion of a farming cycle. All the profits made from or as a result of a successful farming cycle of a sponsor’s farm are to be remitted to the electronic wallet on the official platform when the produce is harvested and sold upon completion of the farming cycle. At the end of a successful farming cycle, the company can withdraw the sponsor’s funds from the electronic wallet on the platform and transfer to a bank account the sponsor provides to it or use it and sponsor a farm for a new farming cycle depending on the parties’ agreement. The profits made at the end of a farming cycle during harvest will be shared between the sponsor, the farmer and the company in a 40:40:20 ratio respectively. Where there is low yield or poor produce resulting from any investment or sponsorship of a farm by the sponsor, the company is only entitled to pay via transfer the principal contribution sum to the sponsor and nothing more where its failure to yield or make a good produce is not at the default of the company or its agent. The profit made from the farm’s proceeds can only be paid alongside the principal contribution sum at the agreed ratio if there are expected proceeds or yields from the farm sponsored by the sponsor.   • Service Terms Each Service Order will provide for a service term. At the end of the service term of any Service Order, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least ninety (90) days before the end of a service term, the term of such Service Order will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods. Termination of one Service Order will not affect the term of any other Service Order.

  • Employees on Long Term Supply Assignments Employees completing long term supply assignments may only access sick leave and short term disability leave in the fiscal year in which the allocation was provided. Any remaining allocation may be used in subsequent long term supply assignments, provided these occur within the same fiscal year. Employees employed in a Long Term Supply Assignment which is less than the ordinary period of employment for the position shall have their sick leave and short term disability allocations pro-rated accordingly. Where the length of the long term supply assignment is not known in advance, a projected length must be determined at the start of the assignment in order for the appropriate allocation of sick leave/short term disability leave to occur. If a change is made to the length of the assignment, an adjustment will be made to the allocation and applied retroactively.

  • Agreement Terms and Conditions 2.01 This Agreement is for a space in the JCU housing system, and covers the entire academic year (both Fall and Spring semesters), or any portion of the academic year remaining at the time this Agreement is signed. Residence in JCU residence halls requires participation in JCU’s residential dining program.   • Contract Terms The contract term will be one (1) year, effective from date of award. The City and the Supplier shall have the option to renew this contract for an additional two (2) one-year periods. The contract shall commence upon the issuance of a Notice of Award by the City of Xxxxxx and shall automatically renew each year, from the date of award by City Council, unless either party notifies the other prior to the scheduled renewal date.
