Membership Term Once the Program Membership Fee (if applicable) and any enrollment fee (if applicable) is paid, a Member shall be entitled to all Services for the Membership Term the Member selects at the time of enrollment commencing on the date of AAA’s receipt of the enrollment. Members may select from Membership Terms offered at the time of enrollment. Membership term shall be monthly unless otherwise selected at the time of enrollment.
Membership Termination No Member may terminate its membership in the Sector 21 other than in accordance with this Section 12. A Member that has agreed to join the Sector prior to the 22 Effective Date may withdraw from Sector membership prior to the Effective Date without penalty or 23 prejudice. Thereafter, only a Member that is not in breach of this Agreement and that has no 24 outstanding Sector performance or payment obligations may terminate its membership in the Xxxxxx, 00 and may do so only in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Section 12. Notwithstanding the 26 foregoing, the Board may terminate the membership of a Member in breach of its payment or 27 performance obligations under this Agreement, as the Board deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
Service Term XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The term of this Contract will begin when your local utility switches your account to XOOM and will continue on a month-to-month basis as set forth in the accompanying Product Sheet.
Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.

Agreement Term This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues until terminated in compliance with this Clause.
Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
Period of Use Each category of flight will be allocated time on a Gate according to the number of seats in the aircraft being used to operate the flight as specified in the table below. Period of Employment The “Period of Employment” shall be a period of three (3) years commencing on the Effective Date and ending at the close of business on the third anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Termination Date”); provided, however, that this Agreement shall be automatically renewed, and the Period of Employment shall be automatically extended for one (1) additional year on the Termination Date and each anniversary of the Termination Date thereafter, unless either party gives written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Period of Employment (including any renewal thereof) of such party’s desire to terminate the Period of Employment (such notice to be delivered in accordance with Section 18). The term “Period of Employment” shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Good Reason” for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.
Hire Period The Hire Period shall commence from the time stated in the order confirmation unless the Equipment is collected by the Hirer, in which case the Hire Period shall commence when the Equipment leaves our premises. The Hire Period shall terminate when the goods are received back at our premises.
