Common use of Sponsorship Program Clause in Contracts

Sponsorship Program. In addition, the Authority has entered into Contracts to grant exclusive sales or advertising rights ("Sponsorship Contracts") to certain products, brands or services ("Official Brands") on Authority property. Accordingly, to the extent permitted by law Contractor shall not advertise, promote, or display at any competing products, brands, or Services at the Authority’s facilities, including through displays or signs in or on any equipment, visible through or on any windows facing onto any part of the Authority’s facilities or in advertisements, promotional material, or displays referring to the Authority’s facilities or utilizing (if the Authority has not given its express written consent to it) the Authority's logos or service marks. Contractor shall not interfere with the Authority's sponsors' events.
