Common use of Sponsorship Fee Clause in Contracts

Sponsorship Fee. The Sponsor shall pay to Racing a sponsorship fee in the amount of $1,750,000.00 for the term of this Agreement, payable in and initial installment payable on or before January 1, 2009 in the amount of $146,200.00 and eleven installments of $145,800.00 on or before the first day of each month commencing February 1, 2009 and ending with the installment due on December 1, 2009 (unless this Agreement is sooner terminated pursuant to Section 14 hereof, in which case the obligation to make any future payments shall terminate).

Sponsorship Fee. The Sponsor shall pay to Xxxxxxxxx Racing a sponsorship fee in the amount of $1,750,000.00 1,500,000.00 for the term of this Agreement, payable in and initial installment payable on or before January 1, 2009 in the amount of $146,200.00 and eleven 12 equal monthly installments of $145,800.00 125,000 on or before the first day of each month commencing February January 1, 2009 2007 and ending with continuing until the final installment due is paid on or before December 1, 2009 2007 (unless this Agreement is sooner terminated pursuant to Section 14 12 hereof, in which case the obligation to make any future payments shall terminate).

Sponsorship Fee. The Sponsor shall pay to Racing a sponsorship fee in the amount of $1,750,000.00 750,000.00 for the term of this Agreement, payable in and an initial installment payable on or before January February 1, 2009 2010 in the amount of $146,200.00 350,000.00 and eleven ten installments of $145,800.00 40,000.00 on or before the first day of each month commencing February March 1, 2009 2010 and ending with the installment due on December 1, 2009 2010 (unless this Agreement is sooner terminated pursuant to Section 14 hereof, in which case the Sponsor shall have no obligation to make any future payments shall terminateafter the date of termination).

Sponsorship Fee. The Sponsor shall pay to Racing a sponsorship fee in the amount of $1,750,000.00 1,000,000.00 for the term of this Agreement, payable in and an initial installment payable on or before January February 1, 2009 2011 in the amount of $146,200.00 325,000.00 and eleven nine installments of $145,800.00 75,000.00 on or before the first day of each month commencing February March 1, 2009 2011 and ending with the installment due on December November 1, 2009 2011 (unless this Agreement is sooner terminated pursuant to Section 14 hereof, in which case the Sponsor shall have no obligation to make any future payments shall terminateafter the date of termination).

Sponsorship Fee. The Sponsor shall pay to Racing a sponsorship fee in the amount of $1,750,000.00 for the term of this Agreement, payable in and one initial installment payable on or before January 1, 2009 in the amount of $146,200.00 and eleven 437,500.00 (for the months of January through March, 2008), eight subsequent equal monthly installments of $145,800.00 145,833.33 on or before the first day of each month commencing February April 1, 2009 2008 and ending with the a final installment due of $145,833.36 on or before December 1, 2009 2008 (unless this Agreement is sooner terminated pursuant to Section 14 12 hereof, in which case the obligation to make any future payments shall terminate).
