Sponsorship Fee. 5.1 In consideration of us providing the Sponsorship Rights, you shall pay to us the Sponsorship Fee (as set out on the Front Sheet) in accordance with the Payment Schedule (as set out on the Front Sheet).
Sponsorship Fee. The Sponsor shall pay to Racing a sponsorship fee in the amount of $1,750,000.00 for the term of this Agreement, payable in and initial installment payable on or before January 1, 2009 in the amount of $146,200.00 and eleven installments of $145,800.00 on or before the first day of each month commencing February 1, 2009 and ending with the installment due on December 1, 2009 (unless this Agreement is sooner terminated pursuant to Section 14 hereof, in which case the obligation to make any future payments shall terminate).
Sponsorship Fee. 4.1 In consideration of the Sponsorship Rights granted to the Sponsor, the Sponsor shall pay the Organiser the fee specified in section 12 of Schedule 1 which shall be the Sponsorship Fee, payable in the amount(s) and on the date(s) set out in section 12 of Schedule 1.
Sponsorship Fee. Cheques must be payable to ‘DSU’.
Sponsorship Fee. The SPONSOR undertakes to settle with the ORGANIZER the amount of US Dollars as referred in ‘Sections C and D’ in favour of the ORGANIZER. This amount will be settled by means of a bank transfer of which the beneficiary is the ORGANIZER, as mentioned in ‘Section E’ herein.
Sponsorship Fee. No later than , 20 , Sponsor will pay to Art Center $ as a Sponsorship Fee. The Sponsorship Fee will cover expenses of the Project, including, but not limited to, supplies, materials, faculty, guest lectures, and documentation. Any funds remaining from the Sponsorship Fee after the completion of the Project may be used by Art Center for any purpose at the sole discretion of Art Center.
Sponsorship Fee. 2.1 The Sponsor will pay DFW-CAI the Sponsorship Fee. DFW-CAI will issue an invoice for the Sponsorship Fee to the Sponsor at the time the Sponsor agrees to purchase the sponsorship, unless payment is received with the sponsor order. The Sponsor must pay the Sponsorship Fee within 30 days of the date of the invoice from CAI regardless of the date of the event(s) being sponsored.
Sponsorship Fee. 6.1 In consideration of the Sponsorship Rights granted to the Sponsor, the Sponsor must pay the Organiser the Sponsorship Fee, in the amount as set out in the Schedule or as otherwise advised by the Organiser.
