Sponsorship Details. Exhibit A details the sponsorship package, and the Event date, location and fee (“Sponsorship Fee”) Sponsor will pay Microsoft. Microsoft and Sponsor may agree to additional co-marketing activities as set forth in Attachment A to Exhibit A (Co-Marketing Plan) based on specific Event requirements. Exhibit B details the Rules and Regulations for the Event, including the Exhibitor Eligibility Criteria for the Event. Sponsor must comply with Exhibit B. Microsoft may provide Sponsor additional Rules and Regulations or Exhibitor Eligibility Criteria based on specific Event requirements. Exhibit C details the Microsoft Event Code of Conduct, which applies to all Microsoft Hosted Events. Sponsor must comply with Exhibit C.

Sponsorship Details. In consideration of the rights granted to Sponsor by the Project hereunder, Xxxxxxx agrees to pay to the Project a sponsorship fee (“Fee”) as set forth below: SPONSORSHIP FEE ($15,000): Sponsor’s selected Inductee Plaque and Dedication Plate will be installed as part of THE LEGACY WALK outdoor walking museum on Halsted Street in Chicago, IL (in so long as such installations are permitted under the Project’s exclusive City of Chicago Pylon User Agreement) for a minimum of one (1) years (“Term”) commencing with the applicable Dedication Date. Project shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to increase the length of the Term. After expiration of the Term and at the sole discretion of the Project, the plaque and its Dedication Plate may be rotated into an indoor exhibit space where they will remain on display for that period of time as determined by the Project at its sole discretion. Sponsor’s selected Inductee Plaque and Dedication Plate may, at the Project’s sole discretion, be rotated back into the outdoor installation, and/or may periodically become part of a traveling exhibit. Absent of a Sponsorship Termination (see below) the Sponsor’s selected Inductee Plaque and Dedication Plate will remain joined so long as the Project exists. SPONSOR WILL PAY THE FEE TO PROJECT AS FOLLOWS: A minimum One Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) deposit is due upon execution of the Standard Sponsorship Agreement. The remainder of the Fee is due in full by the close of business on August 31, 2022 (the “Agreed Payment Deadline Date”) unless the Sponsor makes an approved alternate arrangement. If the Sponsor fails to pay the Fee by the Agreed (or Alternate) Payment Deadline Date, the Project shall have the right to terminate this Agreement. Any portion of the Fee paid prior to termination will be retained by the Project as a donation to the Project by Sponsor. SPONSOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Within sixty (60) days of the Project’s receipt of the executed Agreement, a virtual representation of the Sponsor’s Dedication Plate will be generated for the sponsor’s approval. All identification of authors, editors, academic advisors, and sponsors will be posted – along with a mock-up of the Dedication Plate and the Plaque – on the Project website.

Also participating will be a senior executive from government with major responsibilities for the intersection of technology and mission performance. • SPONSOR will work with EDGE22 on a Roundtable theme complementary to both the conference theme and the SPONSOR business interests. • SPONSOR to recommend Roundtable industry participant. • SPONSOR to work with EDGE22 on selection of participating government executive. • EDGE22 to both broadcast the fireside chat to the anticipated virtual audience, and to record and post it on the conference and GBEF websites, and on YouTube. • SPONSOR to have access to the digital files for repurposing for business and marketing as desired. EXECUTIVE ROUNDTABLE AGENDA (January 6) • SPONSOR may recommend one participant for one Executive Roundtable, the theme of which contributes to and complements both the conference and SPONSOR business interests. REGISTRATIONS • SPONSOR to receive two full conference registrations for EDGE22 Las Vegas • SPONSOR to receive two registrations for the XXXX00 Xxxxxxxxxx XX program (January 7, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST) which connects speakers and in-person audiences from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST)

Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs.   • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
