Common use of Sponsors Clause in Contracts

Sponsors. The Executive Committee may, with the approval of the Committee on Energy Research and Technology (CERT) of the Agency, invite any entity of an OECD member country or an OECD non-member country that is not designated by the government of that country to participate in the Agreement, or any non-intergovernmental international entity in which one or more entities of OECD member countries or OECD non-member countries participate, to participate in the Programme as a "Sponsor" in accordance with the following paragraphs and the IEA Framework for International Energy Technology Cooperation:
