Sponsor Signs. StadCo shall have the exclusive right to sell, grant or license the placement of signage in, on, about and throughout the Premises. StadCo, at is sole discretion, may charge a fee for the placement of any such signage. StadCo shall have sole discretion as to the content of any such signage subject to the terms of Section 14.5(a). In no event shall the Authority be entitled to construct, install or display any signage, advertising or improvements, structures, signs or banners in, on or over the Premises (other than any plaque or sign provided for in connection with the initial construction of the Premises acknowledging the role of the Authority, the Nevada State Legislature, the Governor of the State of Nevada, the Southern Nevada Tourism and Infrastructure Committee and local governmental officials and representatives in the development of the Premises).

Sponsor Signs. Tenant shall have the exclusive right to sell, grant or license the placement of Sponsor Signs in, on and throughout the Rangers Complex. Tenant, at its sole discretion, may charge a fee for the placement of any Sponsor Sign. Fees generated from Sponsor Signs, whether such fees are paid by a Name Sponsor or any other third party, shall be separate and distinct from fees generated from Naming Rights, and shall be the exclusive property of Tenant. Subject to Section 5.7(b) hereof, Tenant shall have sole discretion as to the content of any Sponsor Signs except that, during the term of the Lease, no Sponsor Signs shall promote any political party or promote the candidacy of any person running for public office. In addition, the City acknowledges that it is desirable and appropriate for additional signage (including advertising and directional signage for the Rangers Complex to be placed outside the boundaries of the Rangers Complex, such as on certain highways, roadways, etc. near the Rangers Complex, and the City shall work with Tenant on the application for an approval of all permits, variances and authorizations required for all such signage as may be reasonably requested by Xxxxxx.
Sponsor Signs. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in Section 12.7.3 and subject to all City Codes, Owner shall have the exclusive right to sell, grant or license the placement of Signage in, on, about and throughout the Complex Site. Owner, at its sole discretion, may charge a fee for the placement of any such Signage. Owner shall have sole discretion as to the content of any such Signage subject to the terms of Section 25.9.
Sponsor Signs. Associations with a current Agreement on file with the City of Xxxxxx will be permitted to post sponsor signs on allocated fields with the following guidelines: City ordinance {6.06.001-3.06.016}
