Splitter Collocation. 8.6.6.1 When Splitters are installed in CenturyLink Wire Centers via Common Area Splitter Collocation, CLEC will order and install additional Splitter cards as necessary to increase the capacity of the Splitters. CLEC will leave one (1) unused, spare Splitter card in every shelf to be used for Maintenance and Repair until such time as the card must be used to fill the shelf to capacity.
