Common use of Split, Subdivision or Combination of Shares Clause in Contracts

Split, Subdivision or Combination of Shares. If the Company at any time while this Warrant, or any portion hereof, remains outstanding and unexpired, shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, into a different number of securities of the same class, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased in the case of a split or subdivision or proportionately increased in the case of a combination and the number of such securities for which this Warrant is exercisable shall be proportionately increased in the case of a split or subdivision or proportionately decreased in the case of a combination.

If the Company at any time while this Warrant, or any portion hereof, remains outstanding and unexpired, unexpired shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, into a different number of securities of the same class, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased in the case of a split or subdivision or proportionately increased in the case of a combination and the number of such securities for which this Warrant is exercisable shall be issuable upon exercise proportionately increased in the case of a split or subdivision or the Exercise Price of such securities shall be proportionately increased and the number of securities issuable upon exercise proportionately decreased in the case of a combination.

If the Company at any time while this Warrant, or any portion hereof, remains outstanding and unexpired, unexpired shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, into a different number of securities of the same class, (i) the number of shares of Common Stock or other securities issuable upon the exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately increased in the case of a split or subdivision or proportionately decreased in the case of a combination and (ii) the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased in the case of a split or subdivision or proportionately increased in the case of a combination and the number of such securities for which this Warrant is exercisable shall be proportionately increased in the case of a split or subdivision or proportionately decreased in the case of a combination.

If the Company Company, at any time while this Warrant, Warrant or any portion hereof, thereof remains outstanding and unexpired, shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, into a different number of securities of the same class, the Exercise Base Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased in the case of a split or subdivision or proportionately increased in the case of a combination combination, and the number of such securities shares of Common Stock for which this Warrant is exercisable shall be proportionately increased in the case of a split or subdivision or proportionately decreased in the case of a combination.

If the Company at any time while this Warrant, or any portion hereofthereof, remains outstanding and unexpired, unexpired shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, into a different number of securities of the same class, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased in the case of a split or subdivision or proportionately increased in the case of a combination in proportion to such increase or decrease of outstanding shares and the maximum number of shares of Common Stock purchasable upon exercise of this Warrant shall also increase or decrease in proportion to any increase or decrease in the number of such securities for which this Warrant is exercisable shall be proportionately increased in the case of a split or subdivision or proportionately decreased in the case of a combinationoutstanding shares.
