Common use of Split Shift Clause in Contracts

Split Shift. § 6.19.1 All unit members whose assigned shift contains one (1) or more periods of unpaid time, whose total exceeds two (2) hours, shall be paid a shift differential premium of 5% for those days on which the split shift occurs.
