Split Grade Classes. 1. Elementary school split grade classes shall continue to be kept to a minimum, with an effort being made to strengthen the procedures in this regard utilized by the Board over the term of the previous Agreement.

Split Grade Classes. The District retains the right to implement split grade/classes within its dis- cretion.
Split Grade Classes. When split grades are necessary in order to comply with the mandatory class size maximums, the split class shall have groups which are closest to each other in reading achievement level. Split grade assignments shall be rotated with provision for mutual exchange or continuation of split classes with the approval of the administration. Such assignments shall be shared equitably within the area or grade and/or subject assignments.

  • Student Grades Teachers have the responsibility for assigning student grades as earned by the student through established criteria. Teachers also have the responsibility to maintain records that reflect criteria for those grades given.

The foregoing limitation shall not apply to securities rated A-1+ by S&P. In the event that a security held falls below the minimum guideline as detailed in this paragraph G as a result of being downgraded by an NRSRO, JPMorgan shall notify the Lender and await instructions as to whether the affected security should be sold.   • Reductions in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be reduced (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Exchangeable Notes for MAC Notes), without any corresponding payment of principal, by the amount of the reduction, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-down Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(b) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-down Amounts that are allocable to Exchangeable Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to reduce the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.
