The contract and our pricing assumes that the design of said utilities will be undertaken by the respective utility companies. • Although we provide many different professional services, those that you have requested are listed above. We have no obligation to provide services to you beyond those listed, or to offer advice or direction on any other matters. • As part of your review, should you detect what you believe to be errors, necessary changes, or failure on our part to complete our responsibilities under the Basic Scope of Services above, you are to immediately notify us. We will then correct any errors you note or complete any remaining tasks, as necessary. • If your review is delayed for some reason, we may temporarily suspend work until you are able to complete the review, so that we are able to make any required changes before proceeding with the project.

  • SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 4, Implementation Services, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 4 Implementation Services. All Services covered under Lot 4 – Implementation Services must be performed within CONUS.
