Common use of Specific Tasks Clause in Contracts

Specific Tasks. Service Provider's specific tasks shall include but not limited to the items listed below, and Service Provider shall investigate and consult as requested or as Service Provider deems necessary in order to accomplish them. The completion of those tasks pursuant to the agreed upon performance criteria, rather than the amount of hours Service Provider spends in providing services to the Company, shall determine whether Service Provider is performing adequately under this Agreement.
