Specific Resources and/or provisions provided to the employee. If an employee with more than five (5) years of experience receives a Final Evaluation Rating below Proficient, the employee must be observed before October 15 the following year. If the first observation in that following year continues to document specific performance concerns, an Improvement Plan will be completed prior to completion of the Comprehensive Evaluation for that school year. This plan may be the same as the plan completed earlier or it may be modified based on the observation done before October 15.

Specific Resources. During the term hereof, the Companies shall make available to the Executive, office supplies, a computer, a personal digital assistant (PDA) or equivalent device, administrative support, office and technical support and such other supplies and resources as are customarily supplied by each of the Companies to their President and Chief Executive Officer. All such supplies or resources provided by the Companies for use by the Executive to fulfill her duties and obligations hereunder shall remain the property of the Companies.

This includes access to the connectivity and devices adequate to participate in independent study and complete assigned work, including but not limited to a computer, tablet, and/or internet access. If the learner needs additional resources in order to successfully access the educational program, please contact the learner’s Coach (Supervising Facilitator(s) of Record). Other acceptable methods of evaluation include but are not limited to Facilitator Made Tests, Learner Conferences, Progress/Report Cards, Chapter/Unit Tests, Work Samples, Observations, Portfolios, Learning Journals, Presentations, Quizzes, Labs, Finals. Required to report to their Coach (Supervising Facilitator of Record) as scheduled: Manner of Reporting: One-on-One, Small Group, Online, Phone, virtual. Time: 8am-4pm. Day: M-F. Frequency: At least every 20 days. Duration: Full Year. Location: Various. During these scheduled meetings, assignments may be submitted and the learner’s academic progress may be reviewed. Parent Guardian Communication: The charter school will communicate with the learner's parent/guardian (or adult learner) about their academic progress by Reports of Progress (report cards) that are sent home once per semester.
