Specific Qualifications. Qualifications required for any position classified in Appendix 1A to this Agreement will be specified in the job description for that position. These qualifications may be essential or desirable requirements for the position. In the event of failure by an employee to produce to Utilities Management formal evidence of such qualifications, Utilities Management may deem that the employee does not hold the qualifications required.

Contractor personnel assigned to Corrosion Support shall have knowledge and experience in Corrosion Prevention and Materials Engineering, including: • Identifying corrosion effects • Identifying dissimilar metals in Engineering documentation • Identifying potential corrosion • Assisting in implementation of corrosion mitigations • Providing Materials Engineering review of solicitation, Program Management, and SE processes and documents • Developing and maintaining corrosion prevention design considerations • Conducting site surveys • Assessing WS corrosion trends

Contractor personnel assigned to Environmental Engineering Support shall have knowledge and experience in Environmental Engineering to support acquisition and sustainment of the fielded WS and depot support compliance with applicable AF environmental programs IAW AFPD 32- 70, including: • Hazardous materials management • Environmental design and risk managementPollution prevention • Compliance with: o NEPA o Executive Order 12114 o Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)
