Common use of Specific Provisions Clause in Contracts

Specific Provisions. 1. Income referred to in Articles 10 and 11 of this Agreement, which is derived by the Government of a Contracting State in the other Contracting State, as well as any gains derived from the alienation of shares, debt-claims or rights from which such income is derived, shall be exempt from taxation in that other Contracting State.
