Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained (i) in any of Section 7.01Sections 7.01(a), 7.027.01(b), 7.03, 7.057.05(a), 7.07, 7.10, 7.11 7.11, or 7.13 7.19 or Article VIII ARTICLE VIII, or (ii) in any of Sections 4.04, 7.02(a), 7.02(b) or 7.02(c) and such failure continues for three (3) or more Business Days; or

Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.01, 7.02, 7.037.03(a), 7.05, 7.10, 7.11 7.11, 7.12, 7.15, or 7.13 7.16 or Article VIII orVIII; or 77

Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section Sections 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.057.05(a), 7.07, 7.10, 7.11 or 7.13 7.11, 7.12, 7.14 or Article VIII VIII; or

Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in (a) any of Section 7.03(a), 7.05(a), 7.10, 7.11, 7.12 or 7.14, or Article VIII or (b) any of Section 7.01, 7.02, 7.037.03 (other than Section 7.03(a)) and such failure continues for five or more Business Days, 7.05, 7.10, 7.11 or 7.13 or Article VIII or(c)

Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.057.05 (with respect to any Loan Party’s existence), 7.10, 7.11 or 7.12, 7.13 or Article VIII VIII; or

Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.05, 7.10, 7.11 or 7.13 7.11, 7.12, 7.14, 7.15 or Article VIII VIII; or

Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained (i) in any of Section 7.01Sections 2.05(b), 7.027.01(a), 7.01(b), 7.01(c), 7.03, 7.05, 7.107.07, 7.11 or 7.13 7.08, 7.11, 7.12, 7.13, 7.16 (last proviso thereof and the last sentence thereof), 7.24 or Article VIII VIII, or (ii) in any of Sections 4.04, 7.02(a), 7.02(b), 7.02(c) or 7.26 and such failure continues for three (3) or more Business Days; or

Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.01, 7.027.02(a), 7.02(b), 7.02(e), 7.02(g), 7.02(j), 7.03, 7.05, 7.10, 7.11 7.11, 7.12, 7.14, or 7.13 7.15 or Article VIII or

Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.05, 7.10, 7.11 7.11, 7.12 or 7.13 7.14, 7.16 or Article VIII VIII; or

Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of (i) Section 7.017.03(a), 7.02, 7.03, 7.057.05(a), 7.10, 7.11 7.11, 7.12 or 7.13 7.15 or Article VIII VIII, or (ii) Section 7.01 or 7.02(a), if such failure continues for fourteen (14) consecutive days; or
