Common use of Specific Covenants Clause in Contracts

Specific Covenants. (i) The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02(a), (b), (c) and (j), 6.03, 6.05, 6.07, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.19, 6.20, or Article VII, (ii) any of the Guarantors fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in the Guaranty or (iii) any of the Loan Parties fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained any Collateral Document to which it is a party; or

Specific Covenants. (i) The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02(a), (b), (c) and (j)6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.07, 6.10, 6.11, 6.11 or 6.12, 6.19, 6.20, or Article VII, (ii) any of the Guarantors fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Section 10.01 hereof or Section 2.01 of the Guaranty Guaranty, as applicable, or (iii) any of the Loan Parties fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained any Collateral Document in Section 2.04(i) or (j) or Section 5.01(a) or (i) of the Security Agreement or Section 3.1 of the respective Mortgages to which it is a party; or

(i) The Borrower or any other Person who becomes party hereto as a Borrower or Guarantor fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02(a), (b), (c) and (j)6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.07, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.19, 6.20, 6.13 or 6.14 or Article VII, (ii) any of the Guarantors fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in the Guaranty or (iii) any of the Loan Parties fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained any Collateral Document to which it is a party; or

(i) The Borrower or Holdings fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02(a), (b), (c) and (j)6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.07, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.19or 6.13, 6.20Article VII or Article XI, or Article VII, (ii) any of the Guarantors Subsidiary Guarantor fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in the any Guaranty to which it is a party; or (iii) any of the Loan Parties Subsidiary fails to perform or observe any term, 102 covenant or agreement contained in any Collateral Document to which it is a party, including any Negative Pledge provisions but excluding any “affirmative covenants”; or
