Specific Covenants. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.10, 6.11 or 6.12 or Article VII; or
Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03(a), 6.05(a), 6.10 or 6.11 or Article VII; or
Specific Covenants. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in (i) any of Section 6.03(a), 6.04(a) or Article VII or (ii) [Reserved]; or
Specific Covenants. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.10, or 6.11 or Article VII; or
Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.05, 7.10, 7.11 or 7.13 or Article VIII or
Specific Covenants. (i) Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.01 or 7.02 and such failure continues for five days; or
Specific Covenants. Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12 or 6.13 or Article VII, or any Guarantor fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (after taking into account any applicable grace periods) contained in the Guaranty; or
Specific Covenants. The Borrower, any Restricted Subsidiary or, in the case of Section 7.13, Holdings, fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 6.03(a) or 6.05(a) (solely with respect to the Borrower) or Article VII; or
Specific Covenants. Any Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, Section 6.03(a), Section 6.04 (with respect to any Borrower), Section 6.10, Section 6.11 or Article 7; or
Specific Covenants. (i) The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02(a), (b), (c) and (j), 6.03, 6.05, 6.07, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.19, 6.20, or Article VII, (ii) any of the Guarantors fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in the Guaranty or (iii) any of the Loan Parties fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained any Collateral Document to which it is a party; or
