SPECIALTY POSITIONS. 23.01 Pilots Pilots in the State Highway Patrol shall receive an additional ten percent (10%) of the minimum rate of their classification base rate pay as a professional achievement pay supplement.

SPECIALTY POSITIONS. The Employer shall have the right to transfer members out of any non-field position at its discretion pursuant to the following: For the purpose of this agreement, a "non-field" position is defined as any position within the Academy, Office of Human Resource Management, Aviation, Planning and Analysis, Inspections and Standards, Executive Protection, Office of Investigative Services, Crash Reconstruction, Plain Clothes Investigator, CMV Trooper, Load Limit Trooper, or MVI Trooper. The Employer may involuntarily reassign members in non-field positions to a field or other non-field position. Any transfer initiated by the Employer for this purpose shall not result in the transferred employee having to relocate, unless the relocation is the result of the affected employee's transfer request. Any employee presently assigned to CMV Trooper, Load Limit Trooper, or MVI Trooper, on the effective date of this Agreement, shall only be transferred out of such position pursuant to paragraph A. Any employee assigned to the Office of Investigative Services or as a plain clothes investigator as of April 1, 1994 shall only be transferred out of such position pursuant to paragraph A.
SPECIALTY POSITIONS. Hourly or per job rates for any other specialty positions or positions not identified within this RFP may be negotiated between the agencies and the contractor(s). Also, the State agencies may negotiate hourly or per job rates for temporary workers needed in other locations not identified within this contract. If the agency and Contractor are unable to agree on an hourly rate to be charged for these positions, the State reserves the right to procure the services elsewhere.
SPECIALTY POSITIONS a. A list of officers/clerks considered having the training, experience, work performance, and motivation for each specialty position will be supplied at the time the shift pick forms are sent out.

Compensation will not exceed a total of 2% for any one employee (or a total of 3% in the case of K-9). It is understood that all specialty assigmnents are at the discretion of the Chief of Police. In the event the parties agree to restore the Training Coordinator position to the bargaining unit as a specialty position, it will be added back to the list of positions in this section.

  • New Positions A. Each newly created position shall be assigned by the Employer to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position within thirty (30) days after its creation. Before such assignment of each new position the Employer shall consult with the Union for the purpose of assigning the new position to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position. The following criteria shall be used in making this determination:

  • Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA ‌ The IOA is a GSA Government official who audits Contractor records and conducts Contractor Assistance Visits (CAVs) to the Contractor’s place of business to assist the Contractor with task order reporting, Contract Access Fee (CAF) management, and other general contract administration functions deemed necessary by the Government.

  • School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.

  • VACANCIES, TERM POSITIONS AND NEW POSITIONS 3001 Subject to section 3002 herein, the Employer agrees to post notices of vacant, term or new positions covered under this Agreement for at least seven (7) days to enable nurses presently in the employ of the Employer to apply for same. Such posting shall not preclude the Employer from advertising outside the site premises. All postings shall state minimum qualifications required, the equivalent to full-time (E.F.T.) and date of closing of the competition. Job descriptions shall be available to applicants on request. 3002 The Employer will be required to post a notice of vacancy for only five (5) days for a vacancy that is created by:

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Commercial Opportunities 1. The airlines of each Party shall have the right to establish offices in the territory of the other Party for the promotion and sale of air transportation.

  • Staff Development ‌ The County and the Association agree that the County retains full authority to determine training needs, resources that can be made available, and the method of payment for training authorized by the County. Nothing in this subsection shall preclude the right of an employee to request specific training.

  • Filling Positions ‌ The Employer will determine when a position will be filled, the type of appointment to be used when filling the position, and the skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the specific position within a job classification. Only those candidates who have the position-specific skills and abilities required to perform the duties of the vacant position will be referred for further consideration by the employing agency.

  • Float Positions The Employer may establish regular float positions which are consecutive hour shifts.

  • Geotechnical Services Engineer will obtain all necessary subsurface investigations, tests, reports, and perform related surveys.
