Common use of SPECIALTY METALS Clause in Contracts

SPECIALTY METALS. Seller, by acceptance of this Purchase Order, certifies that any goods herein that are required to comply with the "Specialty Metals" requirements in 10 USC 2533B and DFARS 252.225-7009, Restriction on Acquisition of Certain Articles Containing Specialty Metals, are compliant and that the seller shall maintain the required manufacturer’s certifications and shall make them available to Buyer upon request. Such certifications shall be retained at Seller’s facility per the record retention requirements of FAR Subpart 4.7.
