Sub-Consultants All sub-consultants shall comply with each and every insurance provision of this Section 3.2.10. Consultant shall therefore not allow any sub-consultant to commence work on any subcontract to perform any part of the Services until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the sub-consultant has secured all insurance required under this Agreement.

Consultants Any and all consultant(s), sub-consultant(s), subcontractor(s), or agent(s) to the Architect.
Other Consultants Without diminishing its duties hereunder, but to assist the Design Professional in performing its services, the Design Professional may select other consultants to render professional services to the Design Professional but only with prior written approval of the Owner.
Individual Consultants Services for assignments that meet the requirements set forth in the first sentence of paragraph 5.1 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded to individual consultants in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 5.2 through 5.3 of the Consultant Guidelines. Under the circumstances described in paragraph 5.4 of the Consultant Guidelines, such contracts may be awarded to individual consultants on a sole-source basis.
Specialists Persons working within a juridical person who possess uncommon knowledge essential to the commercial presence’s production, research equipment, techniques or management. In assessing such knowledge, account will be taken not only of knowledge specific to the commercial presence, but also of whether the person has a high level of qualification referring to a type of work or trade requiring specific technical knowledge, including membership of an accredited profession.
Specialty Pay (a) Employees who are assigned to the following additional job responsibilities will be entitled to specialty pay at the following rates:
Specialist A dentist who focuses on a specific area of dentistry, including oral surgery, endodontia, periodontia, orthodontia and pediatric dentistry, or a group of patients to diagnose, manage, prevent or treat certain types of symptoms and conditions. Spouse: The person to whom the Subscriber is legally married, including a same sex Spouse. Spouse also includes a domestic partner. Subscriber: The person to whom this Contract is issued. UCR (Usual, Customary and Reasonable): The cost of a dental service in a geographic area based on what Providers in the area usually charge for the same or similar medical service. Us, We, Our: BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York and anyone to whom We legally delegate performance, on Our behalf, under this Contract. Utilization Review: The review to determine whether services are or were Medically Necessary or experimental or investigational (including treatment for a rare disease or a clinical trial). Providers Services performed by a provider who has been excluded or debarred from participation in federal programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid. To determine whether a provider has been excluded from a federal program, visit the U.S. Department of Human Services Office of Inspector General website (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/) or the Excluded Parties List System website maintained by the U.S. General Services Administration (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov/). • Services provided by facilities, dentists, physicians, surgeons, or other providers who are not legally qualified or licensed, according to relevant sections of Rhode Island Law or other governing bodies, or who have not met our credentialing requirements. • Services provided by a non-network provider, unless listed as covered in the Summary of Medical Benefits. • Services provided by naturopaths, homeopaths, or Christian Science practitioners.
