Specialized Training. The Agency agrees to provide state-wide minimum standards of training for specialized assignments or required duties, such as Emergency Response Team, Special Emergency Response Team, and other posts, where use of weapons, use of physical force or breathing apparatus are required.
Specialized Training. Members who accept assignments in areas that require specialized training as listed below shall remain in their respective specialized assignment for eighteen (18) months after receiving the training. The provisions of this paragraph (K) apply to the following specialized assignments:
Specialized Training. Employees who are being assigned positions which require them to provide assistance of a hygienic nature or which require them to have specialized training shall receive that training prior to their first day of sole responsibility for the student(s). The foregoing may be temporarily waived in emergency situations which are beyond the reasonable control of the Board with the understanding that the appropriate training will be provided as expeditiously as possible and provided that the employee is not required to perform medical type duties which require training under the public health code.
Specialized Training. I agree that I could not perform or continue to perform my position absent on-going “Specialized Training.” Specialized Training includes but is not limited to training regarding the Company Entities’ product(s), solutions, services and sales processes which are confidential and/or proprietary. I acknowledge that use or disclosure of Specialized Training, except as necessary in carrying out my work for the Company Entities, would be detrimental to the legitimate competitive interests of the Company Entities.
Specialized Training. All bargaining unit members with students with specialized needs and/or accommodations in their class(es) shall be trained at board expense to better serve the needs of these students during in- service or at an outside training session. Bargaining unit members required to attend such training outside the regular school day or year shall be compensated at a rate of $22 per hour.
Specialized Training. Specialized Training includes optional training or courses taken by a firefighter after completing Basic Training, which are not included in Mandated Training. No Specialized Training will be approved prior to completion of Basic Training. Time spent attending other specially scheduled training sessions of the fire department as a whole may be compensable at the discretion of the Fire Chief.
Specialized Training. Dentist shall provide specialized training to appropriate personnel for issues posing compliance risks based on job function upon initial hire or contracting, and annually thereafter. Dentist shall also provide specialized training when job function or job requirements change and when an employee works in an area previously found to be non-compliant or implicated in past misconduct. As applicable, areas of specialized training include compliance program administration, prevention of fraud, waste and abuse (FWA), FWA laws and regulations, recognizing and reporting FWA, consequences and penalties of FWA, available FWA resources, and areas requiring specialized knowledge of applicable Medicare Part C and Part D procedures and requirements in order for Dentist to perform or provide services under this Agreement.
Specialized Training. The Company promises to provide me with specialized training and instructions that will allow me to perform my job duties.
Specialized Training. In consideration of this Agreement, the Company agrees to provide to Executive specialized training and knowledge that is proprietary to the Company and is necessary to the performance of Executive’s job duties with the Company, which specialized training and knowledge is not otherwise known by Executive, the knowledge of which would provide a competitor with an unfair advantage over the Company. This specialized training will include the provision of certain Confidential Information (as defined below) to Executive, including instruction in the Company’s proprietary learning programs, curricula development and teacher training, as well as exposure to the Company’s business methods and operations.
Specialized Training. The Department also agrees that the Upward Mobility Program can be enhanced by providing tailored guidance and training in instances where it may be beneficial to help employees adjust. These special efforts may be made consistent with the requirements of the position, the selectee’s talents and aptitudes, and within available resources.
