Specialized Equipment Sample Clauses

The Specialized Equipment clause defines the terms under which specific tools, machinery, or technology required for a project or service are provided, maintained, and used. Typically, this clause outlines whether the equipment will be supplied by the client or contractor, who is responsible for its upkeep, and any restrictions on its use or transfer. By clearly allocating responsibility and setting expectations for specialized equipment, this clause helps prevent disputes over equipment availability, condition, and liability during the contract term.
