Specialists Persons working within a juridical person who possess uncommon knowledge essential to the commercial presence’s production, research equipment, techniques or management. Specialist Schools Allowance Funding equivalent to that which a maintained school with the Academy's characteristics would receive in respect of their participation in the specialist schools programme. In the year of conversion, this may continue to be paid by the Local Authority;

The Parents shall share information about the Child(ren)’s academic progress and shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Child(ren) complete assigned homework and projects.
Schools The Applicant, its successors and assigns, will comply with applicable provisions of Section 163.3180(6), Florida Statutes, in providing any required school proportionate share mitigation and will pay any applicable school impact fees for the Development in the timing and manner required by law.
School Nurses The salary of a nurse with a graduate nursing degree will be 90% of the XX Xxxx of Schedule A. The salary of a nurse with a BS Nursing Degree will be the same as the XX Xxxx of Schedule A.
International Education Surveys 33A) The Secretary of State may, by notice in writing to the Academy Trust, require the Academy Trust to participate in an international education survey and the Academy Trust shall, upon receipt of such notice, participate in that survey and provide to the Secretary of State or to those carrying out the survey all such assistance and information as may reasonably be required for the purposes of the Academy’s participation in that survey. Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.
Accreditation of Online Schools The District will implement a system of accrediting its online schools, as defined in section 22-30.7- 102(9.5), C.R.S. This system shall adhere to section 00-00-000, C.R.S., including a review of the online school’s alignment to the quality standards outlined in section 22-30.7-105(3)(b), C.R.S., and compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements, in accordance with section 22-30.7-103(3)(m), C.R.S.
