Common use of SPECIAL WORK Clause in Contracts

SPECIAL WORK. When an employee has completed his/her scheduled shift and is called out to perform special work, he/she shall receive premium pay in accordance with the proper overtime rates. A minimum guarantee of two (2) hours pay at the applicable overtime is due for show up. A minimum of four (4) hours pay is due when put to work at the applicable overtime rate.
