Special Schools. In a designated community school or where special circumstances prevail in a school which primarily provides for the needs of handicapped and/or special edu- cation pupils, the parties to this Agreement may, upon receipt of a request submit- xxx jointly by the two committees appointed pursuant to Section 235 of The Education Act, 1995, approve a variation in the basis for determining the allowances payable to the principal, vice-principal or assistant principal of that school. Provided further that the protective provisions pursuant to Clause 4.6 of this Agreement shall not apply with respect to any variation approved by the parties to this Agreement.
Special Schools. 11.5.1 Officers shall be assigned to any and all special schools for police personnel on a fair and impartial basis. Attendance to be based on need and qualifications. Special Schools. Positions at special schools requiring workdays in excess of the ten-month in-school work year will, to the extent possible, be filled from within the school on a voluntary basis. Ifthese positions are not filled from within the school on a voluntary basis the positions shall be open to all qualified employees in the District.   • High Schools Wherever possible, no more than eighty students shall be tested at any one time.

  • Summer School SUCCESS employees are not eligible for this provision. Employees engaged in teaching summer school shall be granted two summer school days of absence in a single term for either sick leave or emergency leave, or a combination of both, non-accumulative.

This section shall not be used to circumvent the hiring of additional full time teachers.

  • MIDDLE SCHOOLS 1. Where there are no negotiated provisions concerning the implementation or operation of a middle school program, this article shall govern the implementation or operation of a middle school program in a school district.

  • University Any notice may be served upon the University by delivering it, in writing, to the University at the address set forth on the last page of this Agreement, by depositing it in a United States Postal Service deposit box with the postage fully prepaid and with the notice addressed to the University at the aforementioned address, or by sending a facsimile of it to the University facsimile number set forth on the last page of this Agreement.
