Special Rules Governing American Indians and Alaskan Natives. Contractor shall comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to the provision of Covered Services to any individual enrolled in Contractor’s QHP in Covered California for the Individual Market who is determined by Covered California to be an eligible American Indian or Alaskan Native as defined in Section 4(d) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 450b(d).   • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD.
