Common use of Special Requests Clause in Contracts

Special Requests. 1. Any special requests for permission to make or continue any investment upon becoming subject to these policies not expressly permitted by these policies in light of special circumstances or hardship that might be caused by liquidation or failure to make such an investment shall be addressed in writing (or via e-mail) to the General Counsel of the Company. The General Counsel shall have the right, in his sole discretion, to approve or disapprove any such investment or divestiture and to impose any condition to any approval as he may deem required.
