Common use of Special Remedies Clause in Contracts

Special Remedies. In view of the irreparable harm and damage which would undoubtedly occur to the Client and its clients as a result of a breach by Equity of the covenants or agreements contained in this Article Three, and in view of the lack of an adequate remedy at law to protect the Client's interests, Equity hereby covenants and agrees that the Client shall have the following additional rights and remedies in the event of a breach hereof:

Special Remedies. In view of the irreparable harm and damage which would undoubtedly occur to the Client and its clients Equity as a result of a breach by Equity the Client of the covenants or agreements contained in this Article ThreeFour, and in view of the lack of an adequate remedy at law to protect the ClientEquity's interests, Equity the Client hereby covenants and agrees that the Client Equity shall have the following additional rights and remedies in the event of a breach hereof:

Special Remedies. In view of the irreparable harm and damage which would undoubtedly occur to the Client and its clients as a result of a breach by Equity Growth of the covenants or agreements contained in this Article Three, and in view of the lack of an adequate remedy at law to protect the Client's interests, Equity Growth hereby covenants and agrees that the Client shall have the following additional rights and remedies in the event of a breach hereof:

Special Remedies. In view of the irreparable harm and damage which would undoubtedly occur to the Client and its clients as a result of a breach by Equity Qest of the covenants or agreements contained in this Article Three, Three and in view of the lack of an adequate remedy at law to protect the Client's ’s interests, Equity Qest hereby covenants and agrees that the Client shall have the following additional rights and remedies in the event of a breach hereof:

(1) In view of the irreparable harm and damage which would undoubtedly occur to the Client and its clients as a result of a breach by Equity AmeriNet of the covenants or agreements contained in this Article ThreeSection 4.1, and in view of the lack of an adequate remedy at law to protect the Client's interests, Equity AmeriNet hereby covenants and agrees that the Client shall will have the following additional rights and remedies in the event of a breach hereof:
