Common use of Special Remedies Clause in Contracts

Special Remedies. Employee and Employer specifically agree that Employer would suffer irreparable harm and shall be entitled to injunctive or other extraordinary relief, without notice to Employee, and without being required to furnish a bond, to protect Employer in the event of any breach of Employee of the trade secret and covenant not to compete terms and conditions of the Agreement, or the breach of any other term or condition of the Agreement that threatens or cause irreparable harm to Employer.
