Special Rates. 34.1 The special rates specified in this clause shall be paid in addition to the rates specified elsewhere in this Agreement and in the Schedule to this Agreement. Provided that such special rates shall only be payable where the condition for which a special rate is prescribed has not been taken into account in fixing the rates so specified elsewhere in this Agreement and in the Schedules to this Agreement; and
