SPECIAL PROVISIONS B. 1. Contract Period The contract period of the Master Agreement resulting from this RFP will be for one (1) years from date of award. The contract will also contain options to renew the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods upon agreement between the Contractor and the Lead State. All discounts, terms, and conditions will remain the same for the entire contract period including any extension periods.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS B. 1. Contract Term The initial contract term is for a twelve (12) month period, commencing May 23, 2014 The State Travel Office within the Central Purchasing Division of OMES, reserves the option to renew this contract, or any option thereof, for up to five (5) twelve (12) month periods. This agreement period, with all optional renewals exercised, may run through May 22, 2020. The renewal must be mutually agreed by both parties in writing. B.2. Contract Preference

  • – GENERAL PROVISIONS ON PAYMENTS II.16.1 Payments shall be made by the Commission in euro.
