For physical, metallurgical, chemical properties of materials, as well as regulations, the supplier should provide a Certificate of Conformance (CoC) with a format provided by Xxxxxx (Form US-QS-X-XXX). Special processes include, for example, all heat and surface treatments, welding processes, machining of high-strength steels, non-destructive testing, etc. If applicable, the quality requirements will be coordinated by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx GmbH with the supplier. If a component is accidentally subjected to a wrong process, reworking it is possible only with the written consent of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx GmbH.
Special Processes. The supplier complies with currently valid AIAG CQI standards for special processes. Once a year, the Supplier compiles a self-assessment report on the relevant processes and submits the results to KACO without solicitation.

Special Processes. Supplier shall provide certifications for all special processes and nondestructive test results performed with each shipment. The certificate shall identify the processor, process used, controlling specification & revision, and the results of test or measurement performed. Supplier used shall be a GWENT CABLES LTD and/or Customer approved source for said Processes. These include operations subject to process controls such as: coating, joining, heat treating, cleaning, non- destructive test, etc. The Supplier shall be approved as per above to perform specific required Special Processes, or use Special Process vendors acceptable to GWENT CABLES LTD and GWENT CABLES LTD's customer.
Special Processes. The Supplier is required to use customer approved external providers, including special process sources. When applicable, vendors that perform Special Processes must be NADCAP accredited for the process and be an approved processor for the Customer/Manufacturer (i.e., to process a Boeing part, the Seller must be on the D1-4426 Approved Processors document for the process that the PO requires). Seller must notify buyer immediately if approval is lost.
