Special Policies. 1. The CITY and the COUNTY agree that SW Tile Flat Road should be extended south from SW Scholls Ferry Road, through the River Terrace West URPA (formerly Xxx Xxxxxx Road West), as a collector intersecting with the southern extension of SW Mountainside Way.
