Special Inspections i. CONSULTANT shall furnish the materials testing and special inspections required to be performed for the Project. Special Inspection and materials testing includes, but is not limited to:
Special Inspections. Upon receipt of a request from the Issuing PHA for a special HQS inspection to address non-life threatening matters t he Host PHA will schedule and complete the special inspection within fifteen ( 15) calendar days of the date that the Host PHA has conf irmed receipt of the request. For lif e-threatening emergencies, the PHAs will work together to inspect as quickly as feasible. The Issuing PHA may request that one of their staff be present at these special inspections. The Host PHA will bill the Issuing PHA a fee for this service, as per the agreement detailed in Exhibit I of this MOA entitled Fee Schedule.
Special Inspections. 1. The International Atomic Energy Agency and the Council established by this Treaty have the power of carrying out special inspections in the following cases :
Special Inspections. The Consultant as Special Inspector shall provide preconstruction and construction phase services as required by Section 1704 of the NC Building Code, and in accordance with the specific proposal attached to the IPPA.
Special Inspections. The drawings and specifications prepared by the Professional shall include specifications for inspection and testing services during construction as required for code and regulatory compliance, or as directed by the Owner. The Professional shall prepare a draft Statement of Special Inspections utilizing the Owner’s form. The testing services to be provided by an approved laboratory or engineer through a direct contract with the Owner shall be identified as well as the testing to be conducted by the Contractor, the Professional, or a third party not under contract with the Owner.
Special Inspections. 7.2.2.1 At all times during construction of the Work, Contractor shall permit Metro, the Architect or Engineer, and Special Inspectors, or any representatives of federal, state, and local agencies having jurisdiction over the Work, to visit and inspect the Work, the materials and the manufacture and preparation of such materials, and subject the Work and materials to inspection and testing to determine if the Work conforms to the requirements of the Contract Documents. Contractor shall maintain proper facilities and safe access for all such inspections.

Special Inspections. The Employer of Record has the right to conduct a special inspection upon the Service Recipient’s request or if the Employer of Record suspects the Service Recipient is in a dangerous, unsafe, or unhealthy situation; or if abuse or neglect is suspected. The Employer of Record must give the Caregiver at least 24 hours advance written notice of a special inspection.
Special Inspections. The monitoring of the materials and workmanship critical to the integrity of the building structure as required by the International Building Code.
Special Inspections. 1. A special inspection may be scheduled to enable HUD or others to inspect a sample of the housing stock maintained by the MHC.
