Notwithstanding the requirement for these monthly reports, promptly notify DAS of all discrepancies with the contract documents and shop drawings so that corrective action can be taken to minimize impacts on the progress of construction. • Review material submittals, mill certificates, and testing lab reports related to structural steel, concrete, earthwork, and cold formed steel framing. • Verify that the tasks to be performed by the testing lab and geo-technical engineer were in fact performed. • Review and evaluate the inspection reports and test reports prepared by the testing lab and geo-technical engineer responsible for those respective tasks as set forth in the Schedule of Special Inspections. • Examine subgrade foundations as required to evaluate need for geotechnical review. • Review reinforcement steel placement in new concrete footings, piers, walls, slabs on grade and elevated slabs for conformance to contract documents and approved shop drawings. • Visually inspect structural steel framing and details including bolted and welded connections for conformance with contract documents and approved shop drawings. • Review installation of cold formed structural metal framing for conformance to design documents and approved shop drawings. • Prepare and submit reports for each inspection to the Department of Administrative Services, Construction Administrator, Architect, and General Contractor within 24 hours of said inspection. • Conduct pre-construction meetings with the General Contractor, various sub-contractors, testing laboratory, and Construction Administrator to review the requirements of special inspections.   • Application Services Under an “Application Services” engagement, we will assist you with defining, developing and deploying end-to-end enterprise or departmental applications; tasks may include determining the optimal technology approach and caching strategy to deliver effective, high-performance applications; leveraging a best practice approach for building new applications which includes conducting user workshops, building wireframes, iterating, testing, documenting and mentoring to increase adoption; and enhancing, optimizing or redesigning existing applications for improved user experience, faster performance or extended functionality.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages.   • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.
