Special Employment Programs. Where participants in a special employment program for youth or other individuals will perform work of the bargaining unit, the Employer must have the written agreement of the Union. Such agreement will not be unreasonably withheld.
Special Employment Programs. Where the Authority participates in a Youth Employment Program or a Co-op Education Training Program, the Union and the Authority will agree on an appropriate rate of pay.
