Special Deliveries. Pickups surcharge (in City of Austin): This fee is added to each item over 30 items that requires additional time of State Records Center staff at the pickup/delivery site because items are not staged properly in a dock or prior agreed upon staging area. Some examples of when the surcharge would be applied are: when SRC staff are required to remove boxes from shelves; boxes or files are scattered across a facility requiring staff to wait to have items brought to them or go to multiple locations to pick up; boxes are stacked out of order; when returning boxes staff are requested to place boxes on a shelving unit or to stack boxes in anyway other than how they are on the carts.

Special Deliveries. If the Seller does not comply with the delivery programs of the Buyer, the Buyer has the right to demand the same delivery through a different transportation more agile than the one that was originally agreed and the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for any cost that such transportation causes, unless the fault of the Seller is caused by a force majeure event. If the Seller does not comply with one delivery programmed by the Buyer, the Buyer shall have the right to demand the reimbursement of the additional costs of the agreed price with the Seller caused by acquiring a substitute product, whether national or foreign. Likewise, the Seller shall reimburse to Buyer all the damages caused by Seller’s breach. The Buyer is authorized to deduct any cost or charge mentioned in this paragraph from the payment that is to be made to the Seller.
Special Deliveries. (a) a special delivery consists of three or more items being delivered to guest rooms, or meeting rooms, payment for which has been pre-arranged with the convener or guest. The charger for special delivery per room shall be $1.00.

Special Deliveries. Luggage that is considered to be a Special Delivery according to its BSO (hereinafter “Special Delivery”) will be delivered immediately. If the Special Delivery is being delivered on a route with other deliveries, the Special Delivery will be the first to be delivered.

Special Deliveries. RSR’s will receive commission for special deliveries. RSR’s may or may not make special deliveries when they are at the plant, and the selection of who performs the special delivery will be based upon RSR’s availability. If small orders need to be delivered to a customer who is a long distance away, the RSR and Manger may agree to pay the RSR by the hour at straight time to ensure the customer receives their products.
Special Deliveries. The Second Party may request delivery from the Contractor within 24 hours if the Contractor fails to deliver at least 50% of each item requested. No extra charge shall be assessed. The remainder of the shipment shall be delivered on the next scheduled delivery date, unless the Second Party request delivery at a later date. The Second Party may request, within 10 days of the arrival of foods at the Distributor’s warehouse, a lump sum delivery to a school-operated facility. Distributor shall state a charge to be assessed to the Second Party. The Second Party may request and pay for more frequent deliveries if the Distributor is able and willing to provide the service.
