SPECIAL CONSULTANTS. Assist the Owner in selecting and retaining professional services not otherwise described in this Agreement for the Project, and coordinate these services at the owner’s request in order to meet the Schedule, without, however, assuming direct responsibility for the work of these consultants.
SPECIAL CONSULTANTS. Provide input to the District, at District’s request from time to time, in connection with the District’s selection, retention, and coordination of the professional services of special consultants, including, without limitation, inspectors, surveyors, and testing laboratories.
SPECIAL CONSULTANTS. The graduation of fee rates by five Building Groups in the Schedule of Basic Fee Rates is intended to compensate for the level of consultants’ services required to design the buildings and improvements within each Building Group. Therefore, the Standard Articles state that the Basic Services and Basic Fee include the services of engineers and consultants required to design the Work covered by an Agreement unless the Work is to include features, equipment, or systems not normally included in such work. If, in the opinion of the design professional and the Awarding Authority/Owner, it is necessary that the design professional employ the services of a consultant in a specialized field not normally involved in such a design, these services can be added as “Special Services” or negotiated into the Basic Services and Basic Fee. Such items include but are not limited to security systems, detail cost estimating from outside companies, industrial hygienists for abatement services, feasibility/assessment studies.

SPECIAL CONSULTANTS. For services and reimbursable expenses of special consultants employed by ENGINEER pursuant to paragraph 2.1.5, the amount billed to ENGINEER therefor times a factor of 1.10.
SPECIAL CONSULTANTS. The Investor shall have the right to require the Promoters and/or the Company to have a business, financial, tax or legal review of the Company and its Affiliates conducted from time to time. The review shall be conducted by one or more independent professionally qualified consultants recommended by the Investor and the scope of work of such consultant shall also be decided by the Investor. Such consultant shall be appointed by the Company and the costs and expenses for conducting such annual review shall be borne by the Investor. The Company and the Promoters shall provide all co-operation and assistance to such independent consultant and make available all documents and relevant information with respect to the Company and its Affiliates to such consultant to enable him to perform such review.

SPECIAL CONSULTANTS. Costs of special consultants (including but not limited to engineers, architects, testing laboratories, surveyors, attorneys, and accountants) employed for services specifically related to performing the Work shall be included.
SPECIAL CONSULTANTS. CFZ shall assist, retain, select, and coordinate the professional services, special consultants, testing laboratories and surveyors required for the Project, including all those Engineers and Architects not specified as part of CFZ’s staff for the Project. None of the Special Consultant’s prices or fees are included in the CFZ’s Build-Out Construction Management Fee. Therefore they will be deemed Reimbursable Costs. ESTABLISHMENT Project Manager, shall authorize any special consultants not previously approved. Fees of Special Consultants that are hired directly by ESTABLISHMENT will not be included as part of the Contract Sum, and CFZ will not charge the Build-Out Construction Management Fee established below regarding the invoices presented by these special consultants hired by ESTABLISHMENT.
SPECIAL CONSULTANTS. 1. Should it be necessary for the Construction Administrator to engage the services of a licensed land surveyor, geotechnical engineer, test boring firm, or other special consultants for the purposes of this contract, the State shall reimburse the Construction Administrator for the cost of such services and in addition shall also pay the Construction Administrator five percent (5%) of such cost, or such other percentage deemed reasonable by the Commissioner, for overhead and profit.
