Common use of SPECIAL CONFERENCES Clause in Contracts

SPECIAL CONFERENCES. Special conferences for important matters may be arranged between the President or designee and the Director of Staff Relations or their designated representative upon request of either party. Such meetings shall not be for the purpose of conducting bargaining negotiations, nor to in anyway modify, add to, or detract from the provisions of the Agreement. Such meeting shall be between at least two (2) representatives of the University and at least two (2) representatives of the Alliance.
