In addition we are offering a 30% discount on the standard AV Equipment rented for this event and ordered at least 14 days in advance. We are capping the charge of equipment used in the same room to 3 days – 6 day event (Includes set-up days) for a 3 day charge. These concessions are offered with the understanding that PSAV would be the exclusive AV provider for the event.

In consideration of the Total Room Nights and the functions identified on the Function Information Agenda/Event Agenda, Hotel will provide Michigan Association for Planners the following special concessions: COMPLIMENTARY ROOMS Michigan Association for Planners will be entitled to: • One complimentary room night for every 40 revenue-generating room nights occupied cumulatively • The current State of Michigan rate for up to 6 rooms billed to the Master Account. • Complimentary wireless Internet in overnight rooms and meeting space.
SPECIAL CONCESSIONS. In consideration of Group’s (Y) Room Night Commitment and (Z) commitment to hold the Event at the Hotel, Hotel will provide Lancaster County Human Services the following special concessions (individually or collectively, as the context may require, the “Concessions”): • Parking included in sleeping room rate • Event only parking - $10
SPECIAL CONCESSIONS. Based on the utilization of 80% of the contracted Guest Suite Block in this Agreement, the Resort is pleased to offer the following concessions: • No Resort Fee • Group rate available three (3) days pre and post event • Complimentary online Reservation Code • Five (5) Monarch Suite at a rate of $39 per night for a site visit, not to exceed two nights to be used during June- August 2011 • Boardroom D will be available complimentary during site visit to go over details of event. CANCELLATION: The Organization agrees that should this event cancel, Hotel would be damaged and the actual calculation of those damages would be difficult or impossible to determine. The following represents a reasonable effort by the Organization and Hotel to establish damages in the event of such a cancellation. The schedule shall represent “liquidated damages”: Notice of Cancellation Received Liquidated Damages Signing of this Agreement up to One (1) year prior to arrival: Thirty percent (30%) of anticipated revenues as described in this agreement One (1) year to six months prior to arrival: Sixty percent (60%) of anticipated revenues as described in this agreement Within six (6) months of arrival: One hundred percent (100%) of anticipated revenues as described in this agreement For purposes of this agreement, anticipated revenues shall mean the total sum of room revenue (room nights multiplied by Organization rate), food and beverage minimum and meeting room rental (if applicable) that would have been realized by Hotel had this meeting taken place as scheduled pursuant to this agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, there shall be no right to cancel this meeting at any time for the sole purpose of holding the meeting at any other facility or city. Date of cancellation is effective upon receipt of written notice (postponement of a meeting is considered a cancellation). Upon cancellation, the required cancellation fee noted above is due within thirty- (30) days. The RESORT will provide documented proof as to the suite amounts due and owing the ORGANIZATION within thirty- (30) days of the departure date if the entire program is replaced. The Alexis Park Resort may terminate this Agreement upon 12 months written notice without fine or penalty and without obligation to pay liquidated damages upon the (1) closing of the sale of Alexis Park Resort to an unrelated third party or (2) physical closure of the Alexis Park Resort for renovation or demolition purposes.
