Special Compensation. For the special services listed on Schedule "B", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, that the Consultant agrees to furnish and perform, the Fund shall pay the Consultant the fees listed on said Schedule. Upon completion and approval by the Fund of each of said services, the fee therefor shall become due and payable by the Fund within thirty (30) days after approval by the Fund of the Consultant’s invoice describing the services furnished and performed and the computation of the cost thereof.
