SPECIAL CLAUSES. 20.1. To procure that the Property to be cleaned to a professional standard and carpets, curtains and furnishings to be cleaned, by a pest control company, with de-infestation cleaner at the end of the Tenancy, in addition to any obligation under clause 12.3 of this Agreement. The Tenant will compensate the Landlord in damages for any loss suffered due to the failure to clean or have cleaned the Property to such standard or due to the presence of fleas in the Property.
