The noise control officer need not determine the title, specific words, or the artist performing the song. Between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, impulsive sound shall not equal or exceed 80 decibels. Between 10:00 PM and 7 AM, impulsive sound which occurs less than four times in an hour shall not equal or exceed 80 decibels. Impulsive sound which repeats four or more times in any hour shall be measured as impulsive sound and shall meet the requirements of the Denville Ordinance. Dumpster gate must be closed and latched properly after trash disposal. Failure to do so could cause a fine of up to $1000 should a bear rummage in the dumpster. If such an occurrence should happen due to carelessness on the renter’s part, the renter will be held responsible for any resulting fine. A Recycle dumpster is provided for mixed recyclables. This contract covers all labor & service charges for 3 years with the exception of parts and or supplies and applicable taxes. The Lawnmower Medic™ is in the business of providing excellent lawn & garden equipment maintenance services, therefore all contracts are subject to equipment inspection and acceptance prior to you entering into this Agreement.
