Special Assignments. 8.01.01 An employee who accepts a temporary assignment to represent the Company outside a location within their base shall be paid a premium of seventy-five cents (75¢) an hour for all time worked, and all hours worked outside their scheduled shift shall be credited in accordance with Article 7 or Article 13. In addition, the employee shall be reimbursed for all necessary out-of-pocket expenses including, but not limited to, expenses incurred for meals, transportation, parking and grooming.
