Spare Parts List all materials, equipment, components and other elements of every kind required to perform all preventive maintenance during the Warranty Period as detailed in Annex F to this Agreement;
Spare Parts List all software, materials, equipment, tools, spare parts, accessories, components and other elements of every kind required to perform all preventive and corrective maintenance, trouble shooting and any other repair as detailed in Annex F to this Agreement.
Spare Parts List. At least twelve (12) months prior to the scheduled date for Provisional Acceptance of the Facility, Contractor shall provide to Owner a recommended spare parts list and a price list covering all spare and replacement parts pertaining to the combustion turbine generators, the steam turbine generator, the WDPF system and the auxiliary equipment associated with each of the foregoing, and shall also provide to Owner the recommended spare parts list and price list contained in the purchase orders and subcontracts pertaining to the equipment specified in Appendix U hereto as required under Section 3.2 hereof. Contractor shall provide to Owner the applicable Subcontractor's recommended spare parts lists and price lists covering all other spare and replacement parts for the Facility not covered by the preceding sentence suficiently in advance of Provisional Acceptance so as to allow Owner a reasonable period of time to evaluate such spare parts lists and to purchase and obtain such spare parts at the Facility Site prior to the date of Provisional Acceptance.
Spare Parts List. A. Prepare a list of all spare parts specified to be provided in other Sections. Compile the total list for the purposes of reviewing actual spare parts delivered versus spare parts specified to be provided. The list shall reference the Section, model number, and quantity to be provided.
Spare Parts List. The contractor shall submit a recommended spare parts list with prices for SFMTA’s approval. SFMTA reserves the right to add or remove items from the spare parts list.
Spare Parts List. Stereotaxis will create a recommended spare parts list. This list will include anticipated replacement parts items along with expected MTBF.
Spare Parts List. Within nine (9) months of the date of execution of this Agreement, Flightlease will deliver to FedEx a Spare Parts list (the "Spares List") which will include all Spare Parts held by Flightlease, SR Technics and Swissair in their respective inventories as of the actual date of delivery to FedEx of the Spares List. Further, Flightlease agrees to update the Spares List and deliver a copy of the same to FedEx within nine (9) months after Flightlease's acquisition of the last LTU Aircraft. The Spares List and any updates thereto will set forth for each type of Spare Part, SR Technics' part numbers and the manufacturer's part numbers for each type of Spare Part, the quantity of each type of Spare Part held by Flightlease, SR Technics and Swissair at the date on which the Spares List or the update is delivered and the average unit price for each type of Spare Part * * and any update (the "Average Unit Price"). The Spares List and any update will be provided via electronic storage media mutually acceptable to Flightlease and FedEx. Flightlease will also provide FedEx with a hard copy of the Spares List. and any updates thereto.
Spare Parts List. Contractor shall provide all spare parts, including: (i) start-up and commissioning spare parts and (ii) spare parts ordered for or by Owner, prior to Substantial Completion, in accordance with the Requirements, as sourced from General Electric under the Power Island Supply Agreement (if any). Contractor shall properly store and maintain all spare parts in strict accordance with manufacturer’s requirements Spare parts ordered by Contractor must be equivalent or better than and interchangeable with the original parts they are intended to replace. Spare parts must be properly treated and packed for prolonged storage, considering Site ambient conditions. All boxes and packing must be labeled, marked and numbered for identification and a detailed packing list shall be provided by Contractor. Contractor shall implement all necessary precautions for proper storage. Contractor shall provide spare parts information to Owner in Excel® spreadsheet format. Contractor shall be entitled to use any spare parts that are acquired by Owner and are then available on the Project Site; provided, that Contractor shall place an order to replace the spare parts it uses immediately (and promptly provide Owner evidence that re-ordering has occurred) and any such parts shall be replaced Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Project Site (Incoterms 2010) as soon as possible at Contractor’s expense. Contractor shall provide to Owner a list of strategic and other spare parts that Contractor and its Subcontractors recommend be purchased to maintain reliable operations. The spare parts list shall identify the price of each such part, General Electric and other vendors, General Electric’s part name and General Electric’s part number, expected useful life and typical delivery lead times. Such list will be delivered to Owner no later than one hundred fifty (150) Days prior to the date shown for Mechanical Completion in the Project Schedule. Contractor will prepare and negotiate purchase orders with the applicable original equipment manufacturer for additional spare parts requested by Owner, which shall provide that all such additional spare parts shall be delivered to the Project Site. Owner will execute and pay for such purchase orders. Contractor will provide, as part of the Contract Price, inspection, expediting, receipt and storage services with respect to such purchase orders until Substantial Completion. Contractor will cooperate with Owner to determine the best pricing for obtaining spare parts...
Spare Parts List. On or before the date which is one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to the date Owner reasonably believes Mechanical Completion will be achieved, Supplier shall provide Owner with a list of spare parts necessary to operate and maintain the Equipment for a period of two (2) years after the Mechanical Completion Date, which list shall identify such parts by type, quantity, and the estimated costs for the same.
Spare Parts List. At a time mutually agreeable to Owner and Contractor (such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) prior to the scheduled date for Provisional Acceptance of the Facility, Contractor shall provide to Owner a recommended spare parts list and a price list covering all spare and replacement parts pertaining to the equipment specified in Appendix U hereto (including without limitation the combustion turbine generators, the steam turbine generator, and the auxiliary equipment associated with each of the foregoing). Contractor shall provide to Owner the applicable Subcontractor's recommended spare parts lists and price lists covering all other spare and replacement parts for the Facility not covered by the preceding sentence sufficiently in advance of Provisional Acceptance so as to allow Owner a reasonable period of time to evaluate such spare parts lists and to purchase and obtain such spare parts at the Facility Site prior to the date of Provisional Acceptance.
