Spare Parts Availability. When applicable, the Bidder shall certify the availability of spare parts for a period of at least five (5) years from date of delivery, or as otherwise specified in this ITB or in any Purchase Order as may be issued by UNDP.

Spare Parts Availability. 1. CFMI will ship reasonable quantities (defined as ***** normal usage) of spare Parts which are included in CFMI’s Engine Spare Parts Catalog within a ***** lead time following receipt of an acceptable purchase order from Airline. Spare Parts and other CFMI furnished material which are not included in the CFM56 Engine Spare Parts Price Catalog and for which lead time has not been quoted will be shipped as quoted by CFMI.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Supplier shall maintain the capability to supply Spare Parts (i.e. the entire Product or portions of the Product as described herein or as subsequently described by IBM) during the term of this Attachment and for a period of 5 years thereafter. "Code A" support requirements will be handled by a third party source defined by IBM. Supplier shall provide spare parts on a routine basis to the defined IBM "Code A" support third party at the same prices, terms and lead-times provided IBM as a part of this agreement. Emergency orders submitted by the defined IBM "Code A" support third party will be fulfilled by the supplier within 24 hours of receipt of order on the next general business day. Emergency orders will be at suppliers full list price.
Spare Parts Availability. Qwest has predefined locations where spare parts are maintained throughout the region. Where spare parts are not readily available, spare parts are shipped next business day when necessary.

Seller will give Buyer a last time buy option at the end of such period, and will notify Buyer in writing at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the conclusion of such period. Seller will notify Buyer in writing at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to Seller’s withdrawal of any Goods or components thereof, and such withdrawal will not occur during the term of the Agreement or the fifteen (15) year period described in this Section, and will not affect Seller’s responsibilities under this Section related to spare parts availability or technical support.
